Business Terms and Conditions of Zitang’s Offer to Sell
Enquiry Procedure:
An enquiry may be submitted to us by filling out the “Online Service” form on our website. You can also send an email to sales@Zitang.com.cn or call us at 86-21-56772924. We will then send you a quotation by fax or email. If you are satisfied with our prices, feel free to request a catalogue as well as bag or box samples which we have made for our previous customers.
Order Procedure:
If you would like to go ahead with an order, send your official “Purchase Order” detailing your exact requirements. In turn, we will send you our “Sales Order/Invoice”. After your detailed order agreement, simply sign and fax back to us. At that time, we will also need your artwork if printing is required. (Please see below for file types accepted). Upon approval of your artwork, we require a 30% advance payment.
Payment Terms:
First, prepay 30% of the total amount. The remainder is to be paid after giving a copy of the Bill of Lading. We will later give you the Bill of Lading original.
Lead Time:
Our standard lead-time is 8-10 weeks from the date of your order and with the approval of your artwork. If you require your goods within 4-6 weeks, there will be an extra charge for express delivery.
Rush Charge:
A rush charge is only applicable for urgent/express orders. This will be stated on our quotation.
Proofs:
The proof of your design will be sent to you by e-mail for your approval. Your approval of the proof will constitute your acceptance of all the terms and conditions within your order. Any delays on approval of proofs will subsequently delay shipments accordingly. If you have ordered a mock sample, our “Sample Approval Sheet” must be filled out and sent back to us by fax or post.
Screen/Plates/Film Charge:
There is a one-time charge for screen/plates/film and/or die-cuts. This charge does not need to be paid for repeat orders if there are no amendments to the artwork. The plates are charged per size as a different plate will need to be made for each die-cut size. If printing is required inside the bag or the box, there will be another plate charge.
Embroidery:
We do embroidery on cotton bags and on handmade paper bags & boxes. Special embroidery, which may differ from normal screen-printing embroidery costs, will depend on the style and how many colors/stitches you require. Both are subject to the quantity of your order.
Artwork:
All prices are based on camera-ready artwork. All artwork not submitted to size will be either enlarged or reduced to fit the maximum imprint size, unless otherwise stated by the customer. If artwork requires typesetting or touch ups, we reserve the right to modify the artwork and charge accordingly. Zitang is not responsible for the quality of the product unless the artwork is camera ready.

Artwork and File Types for Personalization:
Zitang operates PC or Mac format software and can accept the following file types:
EPS: Text as curves PSD: PhotoShop or +
AI: Adobe Illustrator, JPEG, and PDF: High resolution
Please remember to export text as curves or embed any used fonts. Artwork should be saved at 300dpi
When goods are ready to be delivered:
When your finished product is ready to be delivered, we will contact you with the exact amount of boxes to be delivered. Then we will telephone you and arrange a convenient date to deliver our goods to you.
Normal Packaging:
We package your finished product in sturdy and durable cardboard boxes. Some of our products can fit into just one box depending on the quantity and size of the production.
Cancellation:
Cancellations must be made in writing and received at Zitang within 48 hours after the final contract was placed. Phone cancellations are not acceptable. For cancellation of a sample order, Zitang will accept the cancellation only if the goods have not been already shipped and no imprinted screen have been made.
Shipping Information & Shipping Methods:
For shipping of samples, we use FedEx, DHL, TNT or UPS. For bulk quantities, you reserve the right to choose the shipper of your choice. However, we can provide advice or take care of all shipping responsibilities subject to terms and conditions agreed by parties, buyer and Zitang. We reserve the right to determine the best shipping method available unless specifically pre-routed by the customer.
Pricing:
We strive to offer you the lowest prices. In the event you find a lower advertised price than ours, just call our order department and tell them where you found it. We will do our best to match or beat any competitor's written or advertised price.
We do not have a published price list of our custom made products, yet we will always provide pricing by custom made quote requests to your individual production requirement.
We try to offer accurate information and pricing, although subject to human errors. For all our prices and products we reserve the right to make adjustments due to such things as typographical errors, changing market conditions, or discontinuation of products.
Zitang cannot be responsible for manufacturer's price and policy changes and therefore Zitang reserves the right to make price changes, limit quantities, or alter unit or bundle counts on merchandise without notice. All orders will be accepted subject to prevailing prices at time of shipment.
Zitang shall not be liable for the failure or delay in the delivery goods due to destination address difficulties. We will make two delivery attempts and then we reserve the right to cancel the order or charge an additional delivery charge.
All items are priced net F.O.B. or C.I.F. Zitang claims no control over how products are used and therefore disclaims all warranties expressed or implied of merchantability of any kind.
Any and all liabilities are limited to the cost of products purchased.
